PRA is an environmentally safe, highly confidential blend of natural emulsifiers and surfactants. It is a tension breaker that lowers the water/paraffin molecule surface tension. Our product dehydrates the paraffin wax formation, causing the paraffin to return to the oil phase.

It keeps the re-entered oil/paraffin in its oil phase until it can be broken out during the normal
refining process.

OWS

Oil & Water Separator Additive

OWS speeds the breakout of oil from water in separator units. It also retards foaming and odour and decreases sludge buildup for reduced maintenance of the unit.
Hydrostatic bonding of the oil/water mix in separator units retards oil breakout. OWS reduces this bonding and increases oil breakout. The resulting oil is drier and the water is cleaner.
OWS is formulated to rapidly breakdown emulsions that clog separator units. Emulsion formation in the separator reservoir is the major cause of maintenance problems that include foul odour and foaming.

These emulsions provide a platform for the formation and growth of biological growth such as algae and mold that contribute to the foul smell of some units. OWS destroys this residual biological growth thus eliminating the odour.
Separators treated with OWS yield a cleaner discharge with lower DRO ppm. This fact occurs because the reduced hydrostatic bonding causes a reduction in foaming.
Foam in a separator will carry hydrocarbon molecules that “defeat” the plates or baffles in the separator unit and contaminate the clean water discharge reservoir.

ESafe

Environmentally Safe Cleaner

A “bio-accelerator” that breaks the hydrocarbon chain on contact. The resulting hydrocarbon factions become nutrients for naturally occurring bacteria in the soil. When the bacteria consume the hydrocarbon factions, contamination is neutralized and eliminated. This allows in-situ remediation of oil and fuel contamination without the need of excavating and transporting hazardous waste to treatment centers. It reduces the flashpoint of products on contact. Dangerous oil, diesel or petrol spills resulting should be liberally soaked with ESafe to remove the risk of ignition and begin immediate remediation.

Environmentally Safe Cleaner

ESafe is infinitely soluble in water and environmentally safe for use in all conditions. Water will assist the deep penetration of ESafe into the soil. It is the fastest, safest, easiest and cheapest way available to return a hydrocarbon contaminated site to its pre-incident condition. Plutus ESafe contains no microbes or detergents and is 0-0-0 Hazmat Rated.

Sheen Magic is a blend of natural surfactants and demulsifiers that break the hydrocarbon chain on contact, permanently altering their make-up.
The hydrocarbon compound is converted into trace amounts of carbon, hydrogen and simple sugars, which naturally occurring bacteria or microbes consume.

Our product works through crystal modification and in the replacement of hydrocarbon molecules. When the hydrocarbon molecules are modified, the surface tension is broken and the sheen disappears.
